This program is for youth aged 18- 35 years old to gain skills and experience to find employment.

The Ready for Work program offers recruitment, training and internship placement for a period of six months.

Participants are trained in life skills, first steps to business, computer basics and job seeking and workplace success courses.

They are then placed in an internship with organisations around Port Vila for 8 weeks of work experience.
